1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SabatiPlus, including our mobile apps and website. By accessing or using SabatiPlus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our mission

SabatiPlus exists to promote Guinea and talented Guineans — to Guinea and to the world. We showcase creatives, companies, and opportunities across Guinea's creative industry so talent can be discovered, celebrated, and connected.

3. A listing platform only

SabatiPlus is a directory and listing platform. We display profiles, portfolios, and opportunities submitted by users or partners. We do not employ, represent, endorse, or guarantee any user, listing, or opportunity. SabatiPlus is not a party to any employment, collaboration, or contractual arrangement between users. Any agreement you enter into with another user is solely between you and that user.

4. No responsibility or liability

SabatiPlus provides listings and discovery tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not verify every detail in every profile or opportunity and we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or outcome of any listing, application, message, or interaction. You use SabatiPlus at your own risk and must conduct your own due diligence before relying on any profile, company, or opportunity.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use SabatiPlus lawfully and respectfully, provide accurate information in any profile or listing you submit, and not misrepresent your identity, skills, or affiliation. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for your interactions with other users.

6. Content ownership and permitted use

Profiles, photos, videos, portfolios, and other materials on SabatiPlus belong to their respective owners or licensors. SabatiPlus may display this content to operate and promote the platform. You may not copy, scrape, download, republish, reuse, sell, or otherwise exploit SabatiPlus content — including profiles, images, and listing details — without explicit written permission from the content owner and, where applicable, from SabatiPlus.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse SabatiPlus. This includes, without limitation: harvesting or reusing user data or content; impersonating others; posting false, misleading, or harmful listings; spamming or harassing users; attempting to bypass platform safeguards; using the service for unlawful purposes; or using SabatiPlus content outside the platform without permission. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe these rules have been violated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SabatiPlus and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunities, reputation, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or from interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to SabatiPlus is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid us.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SabatiPlus after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
